Screen Printing
WHAT IS SCREEN-PRINTING?
Screen-printing is a technique that involves using a mesh “screen” which acts as a stencil to receive a design. The screen stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink by pressing through the mesh onto a garment.
A squeegee is moved across the screen stencil, forcing ink through the mesh openings during the squeegee stroke. As the screen moves away from the fabric, the ink remains.

DTG
Instead of using screens to apply the ink to the garment, DTG printing actually uses something like an inkjet printer to print the ink directly onto the fabric. This method is able to take very complex, detailed designs and a great multitude of colors to print on your garment.
EMBROIDERY
Embroidery is a printing technique, which uses a needle and thread to create words or images on products. It is not unique to hats, though it is the most common means of decorating headwear. An embroidery hoop is a tool that holds the fabric in place while the garment is decorated.
FINISHINGS
Our finishing services include: Custom neck tags and bag and fold. Through this processes we are able to double ensure the quality control department finds any hidden stains or defects.
